Why you should be a Medstar driver!

Welcome to the world of Medstar drivers, where the road becomes your gateway to new opportunities and rewarding experiences! Are you a skilled driver with a passion for helping others? Being a driver for hire with Medstar is your ticket to a fulfilling career in the service industry.

Medstar drivers play a crucial role in the services we offer - microtransit, paratransit and Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT)! For 39 years, Medstar has a legacy of providing efficient and safe transportation services that connect communities, help transport patients and people with disability to medical facilities, their medical appointments, and other needs. Our drivers not only transport people from one place to another, but they experience fulfillment in serving people and communities!

Most employees I talk to are not just here for the paycheck. They really enjoy helping people and communities. The elderly people who are in need, going to grocery stores, helping them do the most basic things. Taking the veterans where they need to go. Some of them might not have been outside for a month, even months. We’re bringing them out into the daylight for the first time. So there’s a sense of satisfaction helping people.
