Christmas and Year-End Message from our CEO

I know most of you worked today, some of you work tomorrow, and some of you are still half-watching your phones just in case. To those that are covering work for us right now, thank you! That’s the nature of what we do!

Tonight is special because this isn’t just one company.

We have different logos… but one mission: get people where they need to go—safely, respectfully, and on time—and build something we’re proud of while we do it.

And if you think about it, the work we do is invisible… until it isn’t.

When we do it right, a patient makes an appointment. A family gets relief. A clinic runs on time. A discharge doesn’t turn into a crisis. When we do it wrong… everybody notices.

So I want to say this clearly: the fact that our teams keep showing up and doing hard work with real stakes—matters.

This last year had some real challenges. We had customers dealing with budget cuts and service cuts… and we still kept our growth up. That doesn’t happen by accident. That happens because these people—across every team—showed up, adapted, and executed even when it got hard.

We didn’t just “do more.” We did more in the face of challenges and changes.

And it took everyone:

  • Operations kept the plan moving and the wheels turning.

  • Dispatch and customer service dealt with everything the day threw at them.

  • Drivers and field supervisors were the face of the company—and helped turn some frowns around. Thank you Drivers! We appreciate your care.

  • Safety and training kept us honest and improving. We had many more miles and many less accidents than the year before.

  • Accounting and admin fought through some serious number crunching so the business stayed healthy and payroll was paid.

  • Leadership and supervisors carried stress and efforts that most people don’t see. We support you too!

  • Business Development opened doors, and found ways to keep momentum when the market got tighter.

  • Our shop mechanics—kept the fleet safe, road-ready, and reliable.

  • And GOIN’ kept building tools so the work gets easier, smarter, and more reliable.

Here’s what I’m proud of: we’re building with values that matter:
Safety first. Respect always. Ownership. Teamwork. Constant improvement.

Now— I’m not here to pretend everything was perfect.
We’ve had late trips. We’ve had stressful days. We’ve had moments where things felt stretched.

But what matters isn’t that we’re perfect. What matters is that we learn fast, we fix what’s broken, and we don’t repeat the same problems next year.

So as we head into 2026, here’s our rally line:

One Team. One Mission. Better Every Day.

And here’s the quick explanation:
“Budgets change, services can get cut—but our response is simple: one team, one standard, and we get better every day.

That means reliability. Safety. Professionalism. And it means we help each other win—across Medstar, ATS, CareStar, GOIN’, and Enchanted—because we’re on the same side.

And I want you to know: I see the effort. I’m grateful for it. And I’m committed to making this a place where good people can build a good life while doing meaningful work.

Merry Christmas, happy holidays—let’s have a great night!
