Medstar incorporates GOIN's cloud-based mobility management software and application in our fare management system. GOIN' is an intuitive, customer-friendly mobility platform that enables end-to-end booking and payment. It allows customers to make fare payments and manage their accounts.

Medstars’ call centers are staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. Our agents are available to answer your questions, make reservations, and provide assistance & support.
