Step-Up Wellness Challenge:
Move More. Feel Better. Together.
We’ve launched a new company-wide initiative designed to support a healthier and more active lifestyle for everyone across the organization—the Step-Up Wellness Challenge.
This initiative was created in response to something we’ve consistently observed across teams. Many of us spend long hours sitting—whether at a desk, behind the wheel, or working through demanding schedules. While structured workouts aren’t always realistic, small and intentional movements throughout the day can make a meaningful difference.
What is the Step-Up Challenge?
The Step-Up Challenge is a voluntary, month-long wellness initiative that encourages daily movement through walking—paired with a bit of friendly competition.
Challenge Period: April 15 – May 15, 2026
Who Can Join: All team members
How It Works: Simply download the Step-Up app (free on iOS and Android) and let it track your daily steps using your phone or smartwatch. Join using this link: https://join.thestepupapp.com/XIHJKv
Can I still join after April 15? Yes—you can still join anytime during the challenge period.
The app is designed to track actual walking activity, so steps are only counted when you’re moving—not while driving. This keeps the focus on genuine physical activity throughout the day.
Participants will also be able to view rankings in real time, making it easy to stay motivated and engaged.
