A Message from the CEO

During our All Hands Meeting on July 9, 2026, our CEO Justin Bergener shared a message of appreciation and encouragement with the entire team. As we continue building on our successes, he reminded us of the values that drive everything we do—especially safety, teamwork, and taking care of one another.

Hello everyone,

I want to start by saying thank you for everything you’ve done this quarter. The effort, teamwork, and commitment continue to make a real difference every day to each of our clients and our team.

As we look at our achievements and updates today, I want to keep one thing at the center: safety. Safety is how we take care of our passengers, our teammates, and each other. Every safe trip, every good decision, and every time we slow down and do things the right way matters.

I also want to recognize everyone participating in our Step Up wellness challenge. Taking care of ourselves helps us show up stronger for our teams, our families, and the people we serve. Keep encouraging each other and making those small steps count.

As we head into the next quarter, let’s keep the momentum going. Stay focused, stay safe, support each other, and continue raising the bar. We have a great team and a lot of opportunity ahead.
